Yes, upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. The change is immediate, billed on a pro-rata basis.
Is there a commitment period?
No, you can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly cycle.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We warn you in advance. No surprise charges. You can upgrade or wait for the next month.
Are there hidden fees?
The price shown is the final monthly price. The only other charge is the one-time installation: €70 excl. VAT (card design + tablet setup) billed on the first invoice. Enterprise plan: €50 excl. VAT per quote, plus €100/month per additional tablet.
